  I have been with state farm for over 10 years. Service has always been great until my most recent experience. My policy was cancelled two months ago and I was never contacted or informed. I only found out because I called to ask a question about my policy. They assured me that they would get it corrected and reinstated. About 4 hours later, they called to tell me I was ineligible. I asked to speak directly to the agent and was told she had left early and would call me first thing in the morning. Needless to say, there has been no return call. I am incredibly disappointed in the way the situation was handled and have now cancelled all of my other coverages and switched to another provider. Steer clear of this office.
